Why I built this site
This site serves two purposes, one for me and one for you.
The first is to showcase my work, and enable collaborations and opportunities with like-minded creatives, that otherwise would have been missed.
The second is to be a home for my digital life; a journal of sorts for myself, and a way for others to see what I'm working on.
Through my blog, I'd like to share what I've learned about development and design, along with my experiences using interesting hardware and software. Hopefully you'll find value in these thoughts, just as I have found value in writing them.
My photography is a large part of what I do, and for that I have a gallery on this site that showcases some of the work I'm most proud of.
In the future, I hope to add a store where you'll be able to buy items I've created, such as Premiere LUTs, Photo Prints, and software. It's not a priority at the moment, though, so it may be a little while before that happens.
Transparency
Everything on this site, from photographs to the graphics have been created by me or another human.
I believe AI has a place in the creative process, but for this project, I don't think that place is in creating the work itself.
When someone visits my site and learns about my me and my work, I don't want their first impression to be something I did not create.
As I test new tools and learn how this technology fits into my creative process, I want to be transparent about the way I use it.
Thanks.
